On May 21 at ATD23 in San Diego, CA, 200 talent development leaders gathered at a networking session to discuss transformations in the TD profession. The group collectively shared a list of 50 challenges they are facing as leaders of the learning functions in their organizations. This survey presents that full list and provides the opportunity for you to react. Please take a few minutes to respond to the questions.
